BioI'm a 25 year old who is, for the first time in her life, attempting to lose weight. I've been overweight since before I can remember. I cannot honestly recall a time when I have not considered myself fat. My entire family is large, especially my immediate family. At 253, I'm easily the lightest of the bunch. The rest of my family members are tipping the scales at at least 100 more than that.
On Tuesday, August 29th, I officially began my diet and exercise routines. I plan on blogging my progress in this journal, as well as keeping a log of my food/water intake and exercise.
I would love to make LJ friends who are going through or have been through the same things as me. I'm a great motivator, and I wouldn't mind some motivation from anyone willing and able to give it.
